I bring 10 years of experience in delivering exceptional care for elderly residents, assisting with daily living activities, and encouraging engagement in scheduled activities. Specialized in creating a comfortable and nurturing environment. I bring a positive attitude with a passion for building meaningful and long lasting relationships. I started caring for seniors when I volunteered for Elder Help back in 2000s, helping with errands, shopping and companionship. It was a wonderful and enriching experience. I learned so much from the conversations and time spent together. I'm a yoga instructor and can create a personalized exercise program that promotes overall health and wellbeing. In addition, I can provide animal care and pet sitting services, with over 5 years of experience. I love animals, am energetic, organized, and have great communication skills. I enjoy playing with them and providing for their needs in ways that are engaging, fun and loving.
