John has been walking my Shelby (70 lb chocolate lab/hound mix) for about 5 years and he is wonderful with her. Shelby is a reactive dog with anxiety issues and John handles her with great care and patience. He is always attentive to her on their walks and can anticipate her triggers to avoid her getting stressed. He often send pictures and updates from their walks and lets me know if she is having any issues with her arthritis. In addition to daily walks, John has watched her overnight in my home and been available in last minute and emergency situations. John is professional and dependable and I am completely comfortable giving him a key to my home. There is mutual love between them because whenever she hears his gate, she runs over to get nose kisses. In my favorite picture of her, she has a huge smile because she is looking at him. I know Shelby in excellent hands with John, which gives me great peace of mind. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
