With one year of experience, I provide respite care, hospice services, and assistance with errands, light housekeeping, dementia care, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I hold a high school diploma and am certified in CPR and First Aid, CNA, CMT, MA, and Community Service Certification. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with care recipients.
