Joor’din provided care for my elderly grandmother for several months. Initially, she did well, and said that she was able to do meal prep, light, housekeeping, and other tasks that were asked of her during the interview process. Once she got more comfortable in her role, she started to neglect some of the responsibilities that we initially discussed. As more time passed, she began to call off work often and missed many scheduled days. Joordin has a good personality and was very helpful, but I would not re-hire her because after a while my family and I were not able to depend on her, and had to hire someone else.
