Bringing nine years of experience in adult and senior care, I'm deeply committed to supporting well-being and independence. My background includes some college coursework and I hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid. I provide assistance with all activities of daily living including but not limited to dressing, bathing, continence care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, assistance eating, and mobility assistance, as well as live-in and respite care for anyone needing extra support. I'm known for my patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented nature. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. Respecting independence is very important to me. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following your preferred method.
