Hello My name is Jorden. I am a certified ABA therapist and respite care giver! I have several years of professional experience nannying and supporting children in their growth, communication, emotional regulation and daily routine skills. I've worked with a wide range of ages and temperaments, and I am very comfortable with transitions, bedtime routines, mealtime support, sensory needs, and helping children build confidence and independence. My style is calm, patient, and very connection-based. I try to really understand each child's personality and what helps them feel safe, understood, and successful. Families usually describe me as nurturing but structured -- I can keep routines going smoothly while still making the day fun.
