Where to begin?!  Jorgie has been such a joy to work with since day one.  She's been the most incredible extension/member of our family over the last year and a half.  She's caring, thoughtful, and always brings such joy to our kids' lives whenever she's around.  We consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have Jorgie in our lives.  She's simply a 10/10.

In the nine months we have spent with Jorgie, she has truly become a part of our family. I don’t think I could ever possibly say enough wonderful things about her, but here is my best attempt….

As a first time mom, I was EXTREMELY anxious about returning to work and entrusting another person to watch my child. Had Jorgie not come into our lives, I don’t think I’d have been able to return to work. 

Other reviewers have noted her calming presence, and I can fully attest to that. Our house often feels like a circus. With my husband’s unpredictable ER work schedule, our very needy dogs and cats, and - when Jorgie first started - our four month old daughter, it is a lot to handle. But from the very first day, she just made everything calmer and more manageable. She was the breath of fresh air I didn’t even know I needed. Far from feeling anxious about having a stranger in my home, I found myself looking forward to her arrival each morning. 

From the minute she enters our home, she can immediately see what needs to be put in order and sets upon doing it. I never had to micromanage her or tell her what I needed help with. She knew without me having to even ask. 

And when I say she has helped me with just about everything, I really do mean it… She did everything including tidying up the kitchen each morning, organizing our daughter’s clothes and toys, picking up our groceries, feeding the animals, etc.

As a work from home mom, I also got to observe her with our daughter in a way most parents may not be able to. She is the most gentle, attentive, and nurturing caregiver we could have asked for. Our daughter simply ADORES her. Every day I would just listen to my daughter giggling along for hours with Jorgie. 

She is clearly very experienced with children because she always had age appropriate activities for our daughter and was knowledgeable about nap schedules and developmental milestones. I should also add that our daughter has recently started trying to walk and Jorgie’s reflexes are truly amazing… She’s not let her fall a single time. Which is something not even her dad or I can say. 

More than anything I just have found Jorgie to be a very thoughtful and genuine person. She possesses an emotional intelligence that is hard to find these days. She’s accompanied me to family events and was on hand to help at our daughter’s first birthday. Literally every single person from my circle that has met her has adored her. They say children absorb a lot from the people they spend time with, and Jorgie is exactly the type of kind, positive influence you’d want for your children. 

We would have never parted with Jorgie and are so terribly sad to see her go. But we wish her all the best in California and hope to see her whenever she is back in the South Florida area!

What can I say other than WOW! 
Jorgie was a gift from God to our family. As others have noted; she has such a calm & unique demeanor within all that she does. She knows how to bring peace to chaotic situations and handled all that my family threw at her with such grace. Our autistic 3 year old daughter felt so comfortable with Jorgie & I’ve never seen anyone as patient / calm / caring. Truly wish I could clone her and have her around 24/7. Thank you for all you contributed to our family 🙏🏽 Best nanny / babysitter / caregiver we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. 

Jorgie is personable, fun and very reliable. My daughter enjoyed spending time with her, and I always felt very comfortable with leaving her in Jorgie's care.

We love Jorgie! She was a nanny to my two sons, ages 6 & 8yo for a year and a half. One of my sons is autistic and nonverbal, which comes with its challenges. Jorgie handled it all with ease.  She is reliable, fun and communicated with me well. She also has the calmest demeanor, which is impressive around my rowdy kids. My boys loved her.  I highly recommend considering Jorgie for your childcare needs.

Jorgie is an amazing caregiver and became an integral part of our family.  Jorgie has been with our family for a little over a year now, taking care of my now 3.5 and 5.5 VERY active daughters.    She initially started when my youngest was not in preschool and was watching her full time, to shifting to after school care / bringing the kids to their after school activities.  

She has a wonderful calmness about her, is patient and kind with my strong willed girls,  and incredibly flexible and amenable to our ever changing schedules.   As great as she is with the girls, she is also a huge mommy's helper as well.  Jorgie can take any unorganized space and turn it into complete order, is wonderful about running errands and just assisting with the everyday challenges of running a household.   She is a great help and we appreciate her so much!

Jorgie was a great fit for our family and would highly recommend her to other families! She was always on time and so loving towards our children. She babysat my 2 month year old and 5 year old over a period of 6 months, always exhibiting care and love. My husband and I were very pleased. 

Jorgie interned for me in children's ministry. She was on task and always willing to help where help was needed. She is very caring and loving to the kids and was such a treasure to work with. Her heart for kids is so sweet!
