Hi! I'm Josie - a reliable, experienced caregiver with a strong background in childcare and safety. I grew up in a big family with lots of siblings and cousins, so caring for kids has always been a natural part of my life. I nannied throughout high school and my early college years and have experience with infants, toddlers, and older kids. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, a former lifeguard, and a Certified Nurse Assistant, so safety and calm decision-making are always priorities. I'm comfortable caring for sick kids and helping families during busy days. I'm very attentive, patient, and present - I stay off my phone, keep kids engaged, and maintain a warm, structured environment. I'm great at balancing playtime with tasks like laundry, tidying, organizing, and simple meal prep while still keeping a close eye on the children.
