Am an RN in the Phil. with experience in critical care & OR aside from my 4 years student training. Have a better understanding of Clients' Signs & Symptoms. I communicate well with doctors, nurses & other members of the health team. Anticipates & understands clients needs. Empathetic caring & concern for my clients. Have wider understanding & more latitude towards their behavior esp. clients with dementia & Alzheimer's who can be irritable, agitated, sleepless & sometimes violent. Very careful in administering medications- am sure to know what the drug is indicated for, its action, contraindications & adverse reactions. Am a perfectionist, organized & analytical kind of person. Loyal to those who treat me well. Am able to establish rapport with my clients, their relatives & friends. Am a team player & I impart knowledge to other caregivers who do not have the nursing & medical background. Am grateful to people for every good they do to me & others. I love my job & always do my best
