I actively listen to students and observe how they engage with new material to understand their individual learning styles. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and breaking down complex problems into manageable steps. Open communication is essential, so I prioritize building trust and keeping parents informed of progress. The most rewarding aspect of tutoring for me is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence soar as they master new skills.
