About Josie

Hi! My name is Josie. I'm a compassionate, trustworthy, and nurturing caregiver who truly loves working with children. Caring for others has always come naturally to me, and I take a lot of pride in creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment for the kids I look after. One of the most meaningful experiences I've had was helping care for my niece , who was a NICU baby. Because of that, I've gained experience being attentive and gentle with infants who may need a little extra care, patience, and awareness. I enjoy keeping kids engaged with activities, helping with routines, and making sure they feel cared for and encouraged. I would describe myself as loving, dependable, and very attentive. I truly enjoy building trusting relationships with families and making sure parents feel confident that their children are in good hands.
