Josie is the best caregiver we’ve ever had for our daughter. From ages 2-3 she not only cared for our child, she taught her kind ways of speaking (please, thank you, it’s ok!), songs, arts and crafts she brought herself, and so much more. As an educator I can say she has the “it” factor that will make her an outstanding early childhood educator as she pursues her education and career. With Josie you’re getting professional care, as if she’s got a decade more experience than her peers. She’s also more responsible than the average person her age, thinking through and asking about logistics for safe park dates (hydration, shade, skin care, safety around strange dogs) neighborhood walks and bike rides, and water safety (from the pool to the bathtub). Selfishly I wish Josie would stay in our neighborhood forever, but since she’s moving I’m happy she’ll be able to share her skills and love with you!
