About Josie

With six years of experience nurturing young minds, I'm passionate about creating a fun and supportive environment for children. My previous babysitting roles solidified my desire to positively impact children's lives and support families by providing reliable care. As a Psychology major at Rutgers University, I have some college education and coursework in Early Child Development. I am also First Aid and CPR Training certified. I'm patient, creative, and bring a sense of humor to my interactions with children. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I follow parents' leads on household rules and always communicate using their preferred method. I'm comfortable caring for one to three children and happy to help with light housekeeping and swimming supervision.
