Juana is wonderful and has so many years of experience. We met for an in person interview, so my son could meet her and get familiar first. He just turned one, so he knew his people and usually isn’t too open to new people immediately but with Juana he felt comfortable immediately. When she started I just went over my preferences and she stepped right in without much direction (which is wonderful). You can tell she has a wealth of knowledge and has helped my son transition from bottle to a sippy cup within a couple of days. The house is always tidy when she’s done and my son runs to her whenever she comes over knowing they will have a fun outing adventure.
