Juana has cared for our three children on several occasions, and she was absolutely wonderful each time. Her calm and friendly nature made our kids feel comfortable and happy around her right away. One thing I especially appreciated was how she kept me updated throughout the day with text messages — it gave me peace of mind knowing how things were going. She was also very respectful and responsible, always double-checking with us before letting the kids do anything she wasn’t sure we allowed.
