Juanita had a lengthy interview with us just before Christmas. We were very upfront about all of the pros and cons associated with the position. She shadowed a current caregiver to make sure the job would be a good fit before we processed her paperwork. She didn’t show up for her first shift on 12/29. Explained herself that evening and said she was good to go for her next shift on 12/31. Then messaged us, in the middle of the night before her next shift, that she decided not to take the job.
