Hello, I'm Judy - a warm, dependable caregiver with experience in infant and toddler care. After raising two children and retiring from a career in social work, I've found great joy working part-time with young children. My caregiving style is engaging, nurturing, and responsive. I have a strong understanding of early development and enjoy connecting with a child through play, music, reading, and whatever seems to be most fascinating in that moment! I'm attentive to non-verbal cues, and work to recognize each child's unique ways of communicating, to help them feel secure, understood, and comforted. I work closely with parents, follow their guidance with care, and value open communication and feedback. Supporting children in these early years is a true joy for me!
