Juliana was amazing. She is incredibly caring, responsible, and attentive, and it’s clear she truly enjoys being around kids. She created a calm, safe, and fun environment, and everything ran very smoothly while she was here. She was always punctual and communicated really well, keeping me updated and following up whenever needed, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend her to any family, we feel very lucky to have had her support!
