Compassionate, patient, kind, flexible with schedule and duties, emotionally available, tolerant of difficult family members and resourceful (she shared with us another caregiver when we were desperately in need- who was equally amazing)- I can truly say that we could not have found a better caregiver for my neurospicy father as he faced his end of life.
