About Julianne

I'd describe myself as authentic, positive, and empathetic, hard working with a detail-oriented and balanced approach to life. Teaching has always been meaningful to me because I enjoy sharing knowledge, making connections, and watching others grow through their own hard work-it's rewarding for both of us. I started tutoring, nannying, and babysitting in high school, which led me to roles (after receiving my two BS) as a preschool teacher, serving families with Ronald McDonald House Charities, and later as a Head Start Lead Teacher at UCA. Now, while working full-time with SkyWest Airlines, I'm looking for flexible evening and weekend opportunities where I can continue to give back. I bring patience, kindness, adaptability, strong communication, and active listening to everything I do. Outside of work, I love staying active, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends, while continuing to focus on growth and being available for others.
