About Julia

I'd describe my personality as upbeat, outgoing, and kind. I started working with kids when I was in late middle school by babysitting close family friends. I have always been an option for many different families whether it is just for a night or an overnight week stay. During the summer I have been working as a camp counselor for kids with disabilities for the last three years and have been a lead supervisor for the program for the last two years. I love working with all different kids and I enjoy being around them and taking care of them. One thing you should know about me is that I am a student at UWO. I am studying special education and I am currently a clinical student in a preschool classroom and I am loving my time there learning from my teachers and kids. My skills include working with kids with disabilities, handling stressful situations efficiently, and overall patience. **I am comfortable with hypoallergenic dogs but I am allergic to most dogs and all cats.
