I an educated in the area of early childhood development and education, baby led weaning, and an a certified newborn care specialist. I also continually taking classes to help me better understand the children I work with. I make it a point to take the children I work with out of the house every day to parks, zoos, museums, etc. I have a consistent group of nannies that I get together with along with their charges so that every child I work with gets properly socialized early on.
