About Julie

I started working with seniors while I was a hairstylist for 17 years. I've always had a special bond with them and their family. For a year I worked in an assisted living facility in the memory care unit as a hairstylist and found a very intriguing passion with geriatrics. I have been told that I have a unique way of connecting. I have personal and professional experience with senior care ranging from basic care, to hospice care and everything in between. The personal experience I have obtained has been life long events of many kind. I am very familiar with the medical field and I do have college education. After a few years working with geriatrics I transitioned into Neuro-Rehab and ABA. This extended my career to the daily life of quadriplegics, paraplegics, physical rehab, congenital birth defects, and more. Getting to know each individual person I find fascinating, loving, educational. Personal connections, a sense of safety, comfort and consistency essential for their best life.
