About Julie

For me, working with children and caring for others is more than just a job; it's a passion. My 20 some years of patient care as a X-ray tech and medical assistant, gave me the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. Now retired from that profession, I would like to continue to positively impact young lives and support families by providing reliable care. My approach is loving, patient and calm, and I bring a creative, fun-loving energy to every interaction. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that encourage learning. I'm also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and after school homework. I prioritize open communication, adapting to your preferred method for daily updates or addressing any concerns. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. Having raised six children and now enjoying 18 grandchildren, I can truly say children are the love of my life, and I look forward to bringing my genuine care into your home.
