Making a difference in people's lives is my calling, and I've dedicated the last 10 years to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. As a Licensed Practising Nurse with a college degree, I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt compassion to my role. My approach is patient, calm, and detail-oriented. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes, particularly for those with memory care needs. I provide respite care, hospice services, and assistance with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Providing reliable care and peace of mind for families is important to me.
