About Julie

I'd describe my personality as fun, energetic and joyful. I like working with kids because they make me laugh and I can be silly with them. I like doing small science experiments and making up games. I'm looking for a job that is part-time, near my home and is about being creative with kids. I like crafts, games and playing outside. I started working with kids as a teacher's aid in 2000. I became a school administrator and retired after 25 years. In my spare time, I like to be with family, friends and my dog. I like to be creative and garden. I am CPR/first aid, diabetes, seizure, allergy/asthma and Stop the Bleed trained. I've been a 1st responder to multiple medical emergencies. My skills include being a good listener, patience, kindness, reading and writing, creating fun. I have a son and daughter and our house was the one all the kids spent time at. I believe kids should have multiple experiences in life that don't involve technology. I love science and art.
