About Justine

Hi! I'm a Director of Marketing at a personal injury Law Firm, but outside of my career, I'm very active and love working with others. I've played and coached volleyball for years, which has taught me patience, teamwork, and how to connect with kids and people of all ages. I'm responsible, energetic, and genuinely enjoy creating a positive, supportive environment. Whether it's helping with daily routines, staying active, or just being someone dependable, I always bring a caring and attentive approach. I truly love working with kids and have experience coaching, which has helped me build patience, communication skills, and a fun, supportive approach. I'm currently looking for part-time work where I can continue being around kids, helping them grow, and creating a positive environment. I also see this as a meaningful way to prepare myself for having kids of my own one day, so I always approach childcare with care, intention, and genuine love.
