I am a compassionate, dependable caregiver with professional experience supporting adults and seniors with diverse cognitive and physical needs. I began as a job coach in a community-based adult day program, assisting adults (18-65+) with individualized fitness plans, vocational activities, and independent living skills such as hygiene, meal preparation, and budgeting. This experience strengthened my ability to adapt care plans to each person's abilities, mobility level, and goals. My sister and I also care for my father, who has Parkinson's and early-onset dementia, supporting him with medication management, bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and meaningful activities that promote cognitive stimulation and dignity. I bring patience, structure, safety awareness, and a calm presence to senior care, focusing on preserving independence while providing reliable, respectful support.
