Currently a Fulltime nanny for an awesome family (3 years in now) and have been a nanny for over 8 years. I am also a certified postpartum doula, which would be so helpful for new parents. This is so important to me as my current nanny kid was fresh out the NICU and I started working with her parents on getting her to those milestones ++ I have been a nanny to several families and many of these families came together for dinners/birthdays =] Detail on care: Infants- Tummy time, feeding, bathing, walks outside, reading, motor skills & most importantly quality time with me. Toddlers/preschool: Teacher hat goes on at this stage. Gross/finemotor (movement/playing), exploring, meal prep, learning, bath time, & potty training (families can vouch that each child was potty trained by 2.)
