I've been working in childcare for about five years and have experience with children of different ages. For me, the most important thing is creating a space where kids feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I want them to feel secure with me, and I want parents to feel at peace knowing their child is in good hands. To me, childcare is more than just supervision. It's about being patient, consistent, and present. I always try to keep communication open with parents, whether that's quick updates during the day, texts, or a call -- whatever works best for you. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time and keeping things calm and organized without making the home feel too strict. I enjoy mixing fun and routine -- outdoor play, creative activities, board games, and simple everyday moments that keep kids engaged and happy.
