Kaila cared for our infant son (from 6 months to toddlerhood) and our school-aged daughter for over a year. She was consistently reliable, warm, and professional, always following our routines and giving both kids the attention and care they needed. She followed through our baby's feeding/nap schedule, handled all his day-to-day care, and made sure both kids were safe, engaged, and nurtured. She's a wonderful nanny we recommend without hesitation!
