About Kailene

Hello! I'm Kaili, and I've loved caring for children for as long as I can remember. I started babysitting at 11, and by 16 I landed my first official nanny job. Over the years, I've gained extensive experience with children of all ages--especially newborns and toddlers--and I enjoy creating fun, nurturing environments where kids can learn and grow. I recently welcomed my own little one in August and am now ready to get back to work! I'm available for full-time care if I can bring my baby along, or for part-time hours while my husband (who works from home) watches him. Since he finishes work at 5, after-school care works perfectly. I'm an animal lover with a dream of training service dogs, and I've also spent the past seven years teaching swimming--from mommy-and-me classes to competitive swim teams.
