About Kailyn

My name is Kailyn, and I'm a preschool teacher at White Oak Early Learning Center. I've been in the early childhood education field for 8 years now. I'm passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where young learners can grow, explore, and thrive. In my classroom, I support children in developing key foundational skills such as letter and name recognition, early writing, color and shape identification, and more. Beyond academics, I also focus on building essential social-emotional skills, fostering independence, encouraging creativity, and helping each child gain confidence in themselves and their abilities. Preschool is such a special time in a child's development, and I feel honored to play a role in helping them discover their love for learning.
