I have known Kaitlin on a personal level for eight years and on a professional level for the last two years. During that time, I have had the pleasure of seeing her grow from a middle school student, to a high school student, to a mature young woman. She has a compassion for people and animals that is not very common among her peer group. Kaitlin is a dedicated, motivated, and determined individual. During the past eight years of knowing Kaitlin, she has had numerous child care jobs. One of her most recent jobs was to look after a family of three children all under the age of 4. With energy and patience, Kaitlin was able to get even the pickiest eater to keep the peperoni on her pizza, get the kids ready for bed and have a story read with ease. (Bed time amongst this group of children has not been easy with past babysitters.) I believe that she is well qualified and experienced to accept the challenge of looking after your children and/or pets. I have the utmost confidence in her judgment and maturity, and while I do not have children of my own, I would and have felt absolutely comfortable leaving my furry 4-legged babies in her hands.
