About kaitlin

Hi I'm Kaitlin! I'm 21 and grew up in San Diego. I recently graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, in New Zealand (where I received my education, and have dual citizenship). I'm a Registered Nurse in NZ, and have been awaiting my international degree verification and nursing license transfer to Arizona! I completed my final semester preceptorship in Pediatrics. I adore babies and children of all ages. I have experience in working with newborns, toddlers and also the elderly (dementia). I love working with kids because of their personalities! Working with babies and toddlers has allowed me to witness the growth, and also the joy of their first experiences in life. And being able to pick up on tiny details and changes when they cannot voice them. Since graduating I have worked the past 5 months with a newborn. My skills include appropriate communication at the child's level, early recognition in changes, adapting to the specific child's needs, personality and environment!
