Hi I'm Kaitlin! I'm 21 and grew up in San Diego. I recently graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, in New Zealand (where I received my education, and have dual citizenship). I'm a Registered Nurse in NZ, and have been awaiting my international degree verification and nursing license transfer to be able to work in Arizona a nurse! I have extensive dementia care and have worked the past 1. 5 with a senior with dementia while in nursing school and post while my license is being processed. I work currently with both an infant as well as senior/dementia carer. I have a passion for caring for others in this time of their lives to help improve their quality of life. I am adaptable and patient, always advocate and want the best for my clients. I have extensive medication management experience. My skills include appropriate communication, early recognition in changes, adapting to specific needs, personality and environment!
