Kaitlin has nannied for me for many years. I found her on care.com and she started with us when my kids were 2yo and 4yo and she still occasionally sits for me now that they are 9yo and 11yo. In all our years together, she has never once been late. She is actually always early… even when I had her coming at 6am! She is so responsibility and great with the kids. They listen to her so much better than me! I would recommend Kaitlin to anyone that asks!
