About Kaitlyn

From the moment Kaitlyn joined our family to care for our little one—part-time between the ages of 6 to 13 months—she became an indispensable part of our lives. Her intuitive understanding of our daughter's needs helped us navigate through some of the most significant milestones with ease and confidence. These milestones included weaning, transitioning to solid foods, teething, crawling and walking, among others. One of the challenges we faced was our daughter's refusal to take a bottle. Kaitlyn approached this with admirable patience, successfully helping us introduce a straw cup, which was a game-changer for us. During the transition to solid foods, she was incredibly observant of our baby's reactions, always communicating any concerns back to me. Moreover, Kaitlyn understood the importance of outdoor time for our daughter's development and our need for quiet while working from home. She took our baby on long walks, always taking care to dress her appropriately for the weather. Additionally, Kaitlyn's rapport with our family extended to our fur baby, who initially showed signs of jealousy towards the new baby. She handled their interaction with care and sensitivity, and I could trust her to navigate the dog while prioritizing the baby's safety. In Kaitlyn, we found not just a nanny, but a caregiver who treated our daughter with as much love and attention as we do. We are immensely grateful for her support during this pivotal stage of our daughter's development and cannot recommend her highly enough to any family looking for a compassionate, attentive, and proactive nanny.
