About Kaitlyn

As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. With nearly two years of experience, I have a proven ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for kids of all ages. I have the most experience with children aged 4-14, yet I am able to work with toddlers and am open to work with infants as my education in Early Child Development has equipped me with the knowledge and experience in working to support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development. I believe in open communication with parents, ensuring they receive regular updates about their child's day and any issues that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am confident and consistent in my approach. My approach to childcare encompasses a variety of engaging activities that cater to different learning styles. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I strive to make learning fun and interactive.
