About Kaitlyn

I truly love working with kids and making a positive impact in their lives. For the past two years, I've provided reliable care for children ages 1-12+, always following the parents' lead when it comes to routines and household rules. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where kids feel comfortable and understood. I communicate clearly at pickup and can adapt to whatever method works best for your family. I also volunteer every year at a sleepaway camp, which has strengthened my ability to engage with kids in both structured and high-energy settings. I enjoy outdoor activities, board games, and educational play, and I'm happy to help with meal prep and light housekeeping. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and comfortable caring for up to two children at a time, and I'd love to bring my dependable, hands-on approach to your family.
