About Kaitlyn

Hi!! I'm Kaitlyn, an experienced nanny who meets kids where they are with love and understanding. As a mom to a 3-year-old, I get how hard it is to leave your child with someone else, which is why I'm looking for a family open to my son tagging along. Watching him bond with the kids I care for is one of my favorite parts of this work. I've worked with kids of all ages, from infants to teens, including those on the spectrum. I've helped with potty training, routine charts, and smoother daily rhythms. I'm also training to become a science-based parenting coach to better support kids, both as a parent and a childcare provider, and equip parents with effective, respectful techniques. Right now, I'm looking for summer care, as I have another family I'll be with when school starts. However, I'm open to long-term care if our schedules align.
