Hi, I'm Kaitlyn! My passion for working with children has grown tremendously over the years, and I bring over 7 years of hands-on experience. I began my journey as a teacher's assistant, specializing in supporting children with special needs, trauma responses, and behavioral development. In recent years, I've worked with youth in residential group homes who have experienced neglect and abandonment. With a strong background in trauma-informed care, I create a nurturing and engaging environment where children feel safe and supported. I am CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring a secure atmosphere for all. Currently, I'm attending nursing school and seeking a position that offers stability and flexibility while I complete my studies.
