Our family hired Kaitlyn on a part-time, short-term basis for approximately 5 weeks in April of 2022 to care for our boy/girl twin 21 month old toddlers. Kaitlyn was very dependable - she showed up on time every day and was always neat and organized. Her son is so incredibly sweet and energetic and he got along great with both my son and daughter. Kaitlyn is very energetic herself and enjoys dancing with the kids and getting them engaged in physical activities; she is also wonderful at reading books and offering sensory activities - she even brought over some homemade play dough and books of her own to share with my children as well. In addition, her demeanor with children is delightful - she is very gentle and kind, but can also enforce boundaries for safety. She also helped by preparing lunches/snacks and picking up toys/straightening. She is well-versed in early childhood development and is truly talented at what she does. I highly recommend Kaitlyn and would hire her again!
