We started working with Ms. Kali in August 2024 when my son entered 2nd grade. At that time, he was identified as high risk and reading at a kindergarten level. He also has ADHD and wanted nothing to do with reading, and we were worried about how he would ever catch up. From day one, Ms. Kali showed up with a smile and constant encouragement. She met him exactly where he was, made reading fun and engaging, and built his confidence step by step. What made the biggest difference was how she personalized every session by tapping into his favorite interests like superheroes, animals, and sports to create lessons that motivated him. In just one year, he gained a year and a half of reading growth and now actually enjoys picking up books on his own. The transformation has been incredible, and we owe it all to Ms. Kali’s expertise, positivity, and dedication. She has a true gift for connecting with kids and helping them discover their potential.
