About Kamilah

Hi! My name is Kamilah, and I truly enjoy caring for kids and creating a safe, positive, and fun environment for them to grow in. Along with my childcare experience, I work in the hospital setting as an EMT and hold certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS. This background gives me strong skills in safety, emergency preparedness, and staying calm under pressure. I love keeping kids engaged through play, learning activities, and routines, and I'm also happy to help with homework, light meals, and daily care needs. I grew up with two younger brothers, and practically raised them on my own which furthers my love for taking care of children even more! Families often describe me as dependable, patient, and nurturing, and I always strive to build trusting relationships with both children and parents.
