With three years of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with empathy. I provide services such as errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families through verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I also have current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I have a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
