About Karalynn

Hi! My name is Karalynn and I'm currently a daycare teacher at a Montessori-style school. I work with little ones every day and have hands-on experience caring for multiple children between the ages of 1-4. I love creating a calm, engaging environment where kids feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn. Working in a Montessori setting has taught me the importance of independence, patience, and following each child's unique pace of development. I'm comfortable with routines, meal/snack prep, diaper changes, nap schedules, and planning age-appropriate activities. I truly enjoy building strong connections with both children and families!
