Making a difference in someone's life is why I'm a caregiver. My two years of experience have solidified my passion for supporting adults and seniors, cherishing their well-being and independence. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I communicate through written reports and verbal updates, always following the family's preferred method. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and offer dementia care. I have a high school degree, CPR training, and First Aid certification. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets. I find joy in helping others live comfortably.
