Karen has provided excellent care to my in-laws on various occasions. She has a generous heart, kind and easy going personality and has shown patience working with seniors. She helped my mother-in-law recover from knee replacement surgery, which included working with the physical therapist to make sure she did all her rehabilitation exercises every day and driving her to and from appointments. My father in law suffered from dementia and she was very knowledgeable and effective in communicating and interacting with him. She treats her clienta like they are family.
