Karen arrived on-time and was very professional. She seemed nice, caring, and flexible. While we selected another applicant, Karen was equally qualified and will no doubt make a wonderful nanny. In fact, I suspect that she is probably a better mother than I am. We really enjoyed meeting her husband, and getting to know them as a family.
